What should I do if I can’t log in?

If you are logged out of the external account you have linked, you will not be able to access the IRC APP.

Please first confirm that you can log in to the external account you have linked.

If you have forgotten your password, you will need to reset it through your external account provider.

There may also be an outage on the external service side, in which case please wait and try again later.
